Fasting Guidelines:
- Choose a fast that is appropriate for you (Daniel fast, partial fast, fast from gaming, social media, etc.)
- Stay hydrated and consult a doctor if you have health concerns when fasting from solid foods
- Focus less on what you're giving up and more on seeking God
